LTR Visa Reminder Service

Get free email reminders for your LTR Visa's annual extension date in Thailand. Missing the date can lead to overstay fines, immigration blacklisting, or a rushed annual report. Set your 'permission to stay' date once and we'll remind you.

Enter the admitted until or permitted to stay until date in your passport.

We will start reminding you 30 days before the date.

What is an LTR Visa?

The LTR Visa, or Long-Term Resident Visa, is a 10-year visa for eligible foreigners, including remote workers, wealthy retirees, and skilled professionals. While the visa is valid for 10 years, your permission to stay is granted for one year at a time. You must report to immigration annually to extend your stay and confirm you still meet the LTR criteria. This reminder service helps you track that annual date.

What this free service does

This is a free email reminder tool for your LTR Visa's annual extension date. Enter your permission to stay until date once and we will send you email alerts starting 30 days before it expires. No sign-up fees, no spam, and no credit card needed.

Why the annual date matters

Your LTR Visa gives you permission to stay in Thailand only until the exact date stamped in your passport. If you stay longer without an extension, you face daily overstay fines, possible arrest, immigration blacklisting, or being banned from Thailand. Getting the date wrong can also force a last-minute rush to apply for your annual extension.

Which date to enter

Enter the "Permission to stay until" date shown in your passport stamp. This is the date your one-year stay permit expires. Do not enter your visa approval date or passport expiry date.

Other LTR Visa requirements

Holding an LTR visa comes with other responsibilities:

  • Complete a 90-day report to immigration
  • Notify immigration of any change of address (TM.30)
  • Continue to meet the financial and other requirements of your LTR category
